Full job description:-
1. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and environmental risks.
2. Assist and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental protection measures.
4. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training activities.
5. Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify and control workplace hazards, implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.
6. Guiding the site management staff and employees to control hazards, implementing control and work in compliance with client standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in the related field.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
2. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA Certification etc. are mandatory
3. Proven experience working as an HSE Officer or in a similar role
4. In-depth knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
