Job Description

HY Construction Company is seeking a Safety Officer to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety plans for construction sites
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations and company policies
• Provide safety training and awareness programs for site staff
• Investigate incidents, maintain safety records, and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:

• NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
