Safety Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in safety management and will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities: . Develop and implement safety policies and procedures . Conduct regular safety inspections and audits . Provide safety training to employees . Investigate and report on accidents and near misses . Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards . Collaborate with management to address safety concerns . Maintain safety records and documentation
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in safety management - Knowledge of safety regulations and standards - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Certification in safety management or related field is a plus
