Providing HSE advice and information to KEO staff and contractors to raise the standards of Health and Safety on site.We envisage success in this role to include;
Prepare and implement the KEO project HSE management plan.
Comply with Client HSE procedures and reporting requirements.
Review Contractors HSE documentation for compliance with relevant contractual and legal requirements.
Conduct routine HSE inspections. Monitor and report on the standard of HSE achieved by Contractors.
Issue prohibition / improvement notices where significant HSE nonconformance identified.
Track the closure of prohibition / improvement notices and / or instructions issued to the Contractor.
Intervene in situations where serious or imminent danger is observed and ensure that Contractors take corrective and preventive action.
Complete HSE assessments and participate in HSE audits as necessary.
Assist in incident investigations & monitor the implementation of identified corrective and preventive.
Prepare and circulate monthly project HSE reports.
Attend construction progress meetings and attend Project HSE Meetings.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of legal and other requirements related to HSE relevant to the project.
Update and maintain the project HSE Information Portal (i-Port) site.
QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 to 10 years\' career experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent is required along with project experience gained from working on Infrastructure projects.Abu Dhabi Occupational Health and Saefty (OSHAD) Practitioners Course along with ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification are also required.KEOs performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
