We are looking for a qualified Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors on site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety procedures and training programs.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and protective devices are available, functional, and properly maintained.
Requirements:
• Two years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, safety management systems, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential hazards.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is required.
