Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees at the construction site by implementing and overseeing safety programs and protocols.

•Duties•

- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations

- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions

- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures

- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard communication, PPE, and emergency response

- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve overall safety performance

•Experience•

- Proven experience in construction site safety management

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, Workers Compensation, NEC codes, and risk management practices

- Strong understanding of EHS principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus
