Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment:

Identify hazards and assess risks in the workplace through inspections and analysis.

Safety Policies:

Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.

Training:

Conduct safety training sessions for employees to promote a culture of safety.

Incident Investigation:

Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.

Safety Audits:

Perform regular safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and proposing improvements.

Emergency Response Planning:

Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills.

Collaboration:

Work with management and staff to foster a safe work environment, providing guidance on safety practices.

Reporting:

Prepare safety reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Relevant experience in safety management or engineering; industry-specific experience may be preferred.

Certifications:

Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) are advantageous.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Work Environment:

May work in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, and healthcare. Requires a mix of office work and field inspections.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
