We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented SAFETY Officer to join our growing landscaping company in Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees while promoting a culture of environmental responsibility. Your duties will include:

Conducting thorough risk assessments for all landscaping projects.

Developing and implementing comprehensive safety protocols and procedures specific to the landscaping industry.

Delivering engaging safety training sessions for employees.

Monitoring work sites to ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations.

Investigating incidents and accidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HSE records and documentation.

Staying abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes in HSE.

Qualifications:

Possesses a valid Abu Dhabi visa, work permit in Abu Dhabi and medical insurance for Abu Dhabi.

Holds a recognized qualification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field (e.g., NEBOSH).

Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an HSE role, preferably within the landscaping industry.

Has a strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive approach to safety with a genuine commitment to preventing accidents and injuries.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
