NEBOSH or similar Certification with minimum 2 Year Experience.

Reporting HSE Manager.

Participate to develop HSE Management System in accordance with Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety & Health Center (OSHAD-SF) guidance documents.

Ensured workplace safety by conducting training, inspections, communication of Safety procedures to all personnel within/outside the project.

Anticipate, recognize, and evaluate hazardous conditions, as well as develop hazardous control methods.

Development & maintenance Emergency preparedness Plans and conduct emergency response drills.

Advise the project management on HSE matters that recommended from consultant, client and outside bodies.

Conduct Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis at worksite.

Follow-up of safety related recommendations after survey and risk analysis.

Participate in updating and further develop the company technical safety requirements.

Participate in monitoring the HSE activities including site internal auditing and inspection.

Ensuring validity of all third-party certificates as per legal requirements and standard procedures.

Inspect and monitor the workplace daily.

Responsible for the training of new hires and all levels personnel's on HSE matters, with specific attention of hazard task.

Prepare the investigation of all incidents, accidents, and near misses.

Take and report immediately to the HSE Manager in case of dangerous action and/or situations.

To be of constant advisor on the field for any problem related to HSE for all personnel.

Conduct the toolbox meeting with Engineers/foremen and support them during this activity.

To verify on daily basis the correct use PPE by all personnel.

To participate to the safety committee meeting.

To ensure that firefighting and safety equipment is regularly inspected and serviced.

Prepare the Project HSE daily, weekly and monthly statistical report.

Participate reporting of site observation likes unsafe act and unsafe condition to Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM).

Prepare the correction action plan to closed out report to the client, consultant and others involved parties' observations reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Safety Officer: 2 years (Required)
