AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as Safety Manager

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional safety requirements for systems and components. Develop safety concepts, strategies, and mechanisms Perform in-depth Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) Design and implement safety mechanisms, including fail-safe mechanisms, and diagnostic features. Create safety documentation, including safety requirements specifications, safety case reports, and technical design documents. Define and execute safety validation and verification plans Interface to Software and Hardware development

Profile :

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field. Over 2 years of proven experience in functional safety engineering, particularly in automotive Familiarity with relevant functional safety standards like ISO 26262 or FMVSS, and their practical application Skilled in hazard analysis, risk assessment, FMEA, and fault tree analysis. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team player. Effective communication skills to manage communication with the different stakeholders of the project. Familiarity with ANSYS MEDINI is a plus. ISO 26262 Functional Safety Professional certification is a plus
