Please note this position is based in the Middle East - Saudi Arabia. :We are seeking a highly experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance in line with industry, government, and international standards. This role requires hands-on experience in safety management, training, and compliance auditing within field environments such as construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs.
Conduct risk assessments, and hazard identification, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, and local, and international safety regulations.
Deliver hands-on HSE training and develop training materials.
Perform safety audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures.
Prepare detailed safety reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with teams at all organizational levels to ensure adherence to HSE policies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, EHS laws, and industry best practices.
Hands-on field safety experience in high-risk industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and training delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with compliance audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Ability to make quick, informed decisions in response to safety incidents.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and ensure compliance.
