JOB SUMMARY

• Preferably Male candidate required.
• Contributes to the health and well being of employees such as vital signs taking as well as providing primary assessments and make necessary action based on the assessment findings.
• Monitoring employee exposure to hazardous chemicals and undertaking statutory and non-statutory health surveillance.
• Conducts yearly health evaluation to employees and thereby execute necessary actions in meeting health care plan.
• Call the attention of concerned personnel and respond in times of Emergency and assumes sole responsibility in performing first aid procedures and on how to properly perform transmittal to higher health care facility.
• Assessing the work environment for potential health and safety problems.
• Contributing to accident follow up.
• Maintaining employee health records.
• Keeping up to date employee health records, occupational health and safety standards.
• Dispense over-the-counter medications based on the individual complaints and referred to the doctor if signs and symptoms neither persists nor need further evaluation of the case itself.

TIMELY JOB FUNCTIONS & ERRANDS

• Always makes oneself available at all times, at any day for emergency related incident.
• Assists employee for health check-up whenever possible and necessitate specially work-related accident.
• Attends sick employees in a home visit especially those who are unable to access the company clinic.
• Answer health related queries and concerns based on theoretical and clinical background and knowledge.
• Conducts first aid training among bonafide staff of the company and evaluates their knowledge in performing the procedures.
• Disseminate informative updates with respect to health affecting conditions.
• Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors other than the required work responsibilities.
• Takes full responsibility on company guidelines relative to proper wearing of uniform, ID cards, shoes, proper grooming (long hair not allowed) and all other related internal policies of the company.
• Ensures that proper notification shall be given to immediate supervisors before the absent date.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc.). Licensed in the country of origin.
• At least 2 years clinical experience or its combined equivalent.
• Knowledge of Basic First Aid, life saving techniques, independent nursing intervention and relevant medical equipment.
• Nursing Skills - Knowledge of principles and procedural standards in providing nursing services to enhanced (NPI) Nurse-Patient Interaction. This includes first aiding, clinical assessments, maintaining quality standards related to ISO18001:2007-Occupational Health and Safety System and evaluation of employee's satisfaction towards acquired services.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
