We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SaaS Sales Consultant/Key Account Manager to join our SaaS Sales team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer relationships with some of our largest and most strategic accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new sales opportunities, build trust with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, prioritizing efforts to drive revenue growth and expand existing relationships
• Develop and execute customized sales strategies to achieve account-specific goals and objectives
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for our SaaS solutions
• Conduct needs assessments, demos, and product presentations to showcase the value of our products and services
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings and industry trends to stay ahead of customer needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales engineers, customer success managers, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple product lines
• Negotiate contract renewals, expansions, and new business deals to drive revenue growth
• Develop and manage quarterly business plans for key accounts, tracking progress against goals and adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including CRM updates, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field
• Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales strategies, including account management, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Strong relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust with C-level executives and other key decision-makers
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Nice to Have:
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or similar platforms
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices
• Experience working in a SaaS company or technology industry
• Familiarity with cloud-based software applications and sales tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Certification in a sales-related field (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator)

This Job role offers a basic salary and lucrative OTE structure. It is not uncommon to achieve an income of over 10,000USD (30-40kAED) and beyond per calendar month.
