We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Reservation Agent with additional responsibilities as a Travel Sales Associate . This role will cater to a diverse clientele, with a focus on providing excellent service to predominantly Russian-speaking guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reservations, sales, and organizing travel experiences, coupled with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare tailored travel packages, including hotel accommodations, transfers, and flights, to meet client needs.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding reservations and travel-related services.
• Offer expert recommendations on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations.
• Handle bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Promote and sell local tours, tickets, and attractions across the UAE.
• Ensure seamless travel experiences by collaborating with travel partners and vendors.
• Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and new UAE attractions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or reservations, preferably within the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reservation and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends.
• Fluency in English and Russian to cater effectively to the needs of guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Reservations, Sales, and Organizing Travel (Within UAE): 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Russian (Required)
