We are a prestigious beauty salon renowned for providing exceptional beauty services. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Nail Technician and Beauty Specialist to join our team. :
As our Nail Technician and Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of nail and beauty treatments. Your primary focus will be on delivering expert nail care, including traditional and innovative manicure styles. You will be skilled in various techniques such as gel nail art, acrylic nails with foils and tips, polygel, and meticulous cuticle cutting. Additionally, you will offer Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) services including powder brows, lip blush, and a specialization in Russian lashes. Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality nail services including gel, acrylic, polygel manicures, and other advanced techniques.
Provide expert cuticle care and nail shaping, ensuring a flawless finish.
Offer Semi-Permanent Makeup services, including powder brows, lip blush, and Russian lashes, adhering to the highest standards.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in nail and beauty treatments.
Ensure all tools and work areas are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
Provide personalized consultations to clients, recommending suitable treatments and products.
Excel in upselling treatments and products, enhancing customer experience and salon revenue.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Nail Technician with expertise in various manicure styles (gel, acrylic, foils, tips, polygel) and proper cuticle care.
Certification in Nail Technology or a related field.
Proficiency in Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) techniques, including powder brows, lip blush, and Russian lashes.
Strong artistic skills and attention to detail, ensuring impeccable work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a knack for upselling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
