The Role
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). Receptionist Job Responsibilities: . Must be able to speak / read and translate in Russian language. . You will be the Face of RSG with a smiling welcoming and charming personality. . Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. . Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival. . Maintaining security and telecommunications system. . Informing visitors by answering or referring inquiries. . Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. . Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. . Supporting continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. . Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements

• Must be able to speak / read and translate in Russian language. . Very Presentable. . Experience in Front office . High School or Graduate in any field . Preferred experience in hotel or front desk . Very clear language skills in English and Russian language. . Travel can be required at times Qualifications . High school diploma or relevant work experience . Ability to maintain a positive attitude . Excellent communication skills . Employment Type . Full-time
