RUNNER

Our client, a family of unique food concepts that are built on sustainability and delicate culinary excellence who operate premium international brands including FERDI, Philippe Chow, Beef Bar, Novikov, and more, apart from amazing local brands well known for their authenticity and original Kuwaiti taste, is looking for a skilled and motivated Premium Dining Runner to join the team. As a Premium Dining Runner, He/she will play a vital role in ensuring that our high-end restaurant runs smoothly and that guests receive exceptional service. You will work closely with the rest of the dining team to coordinate and execute a seamless dining experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that dishes are delivered to the correct tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining room, and providing exceptional service to all guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner

Assist in setting up and clearing tables.

Communicate effectively with other members of the dining team to ensure that orders are accurate and timely.

Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining room.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Provide exceptional service to all guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in a premium dining establishment is preferred.

Very good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to lift objects and stand for extended periods of time.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
