We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Runner to join our dynamic team. The Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant or hotel operates smoothly by assisting with the timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Assist servers in setting up tables for banquets and special events.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Help with the organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and special requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, including basic cooking tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of culinary terms and food service operations is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required by the job duties.

Pay: AED1,500\.00 - AED1,800\.00 per month
