Job Purpose:To Support telesales team by collecting and attesting the bank documents from the potential customers in order to complete the sales process as well as to provide the customers with best possible service at their convenient time and place.Key Responsibilities:
Support tele sales team to achieve the target by serving the customers in completing the required procedures.
Support tele sales team to achieve the target by serving the customers in completing the required procedures.
Collect various types of documents including but not limited to Credit Card application, KYC documents, Security Cheque and other documents required to process Credit Card application.
Obtain signatures on customers contract /application by organizing meetings with them at their convenient time and location in order to provide high customer service.
Verify and mark all the documents as original seen as per bank process in order to ensure all relevant documents are collected from the customers.
Perform Data entry on Cards applications through FinnOne system for approval and disbursal. Ensure all documents are entered in system in accordance with policy and procedure.
Prepare and maintain daily Reports in order to update the line manager on the current status.
Keep record of all the mail sent to Credit/ COD by getting acknowledgments of all the documents from the courier staff
All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
Competencies/Skills
Minimum High School and above.
Min 0-1 Year in similar field.
Valid Driving License and vehicle in UAE

Banking Products, Services and Operations Knowledge
