Job Key Details:
- Communicate ordered items to serving team
- Deliver food to guests in a timely manner
- Make sure guests have everything they need on the tables after food delivery
- Remove used tableware and replace
- Keep service station clean and organized at all times
- Maintain a warm and welcoming demeanour when interacting with guests and co-workers
- Ensure cutleries as well as plates are polished and stocked
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
- Must be able to work in a standing place for long periods of time
- Should be highly self-motivated, organized and dependable
- Good communication and listening skills
- Excellent customer service skills required
