Job Summary:

The RPA Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions across various business units. This role involves designing automation solutions, managing a team of RPA developers, and ensuring the successful deployment of RPA bots. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in leading RPA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of RPA projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Establish and enforce RPA development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA solutions, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends, continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize RPA processes.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
• Proven experience in leading RPA projects and managing a team of developers.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of programming languages like C#, .NET, Java, Python, etc.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RPA certification from recognized platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional).
• Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
