fora leading facility management company in the UAE, to oversee and manage our rope access operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rope access services, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all rope access operations in line with company standards and safety regulations.
Supervise a team of rope access technicians, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
Plan and execute rope access projects for various facility management services including facade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international rope access standards (IRATA, etc.).
Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings before and during rope access activities.
Maintain records of rope access work and training certifications.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety in rope access operations.
Requirements:
IRATA Level 3 Certification
(Essential).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in rope access management, ideally in facility management or building maintenance.
Strong understanding of UAE safety regulations and industry standards.
Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to perform risk assessments and implement safety measures.
Prior experience in managing high-rise building operations is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar software for reporting and documentation.
