Position : Room Service Order Taker
Salary : AED 1200 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Order Management
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all guest preferences and dietary requirements are noted.
• Repeat orders back to guests to confirm accuracy.
• Coordination with Kitchen and Service Teams
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and service teams.
• Ensure special requests or allergies are highlighted to the relevant teams.
• Monitor the preparation time and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Menu Guidance
• Provide guests with detailed information about the menu items, including ingredients, preparation styles, and specials of the day.
• Suggest menu items or upsell based on guest preferences.
• Guest Satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and provide solutions promptly.
• Follow up with guests post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks
• Process payments and record transactions accurately.
• Maintain order logs and ensure all entries are up-to-date.
• Prepare daily reports of room service activities as required.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene Standards
• Ensure workstations and equipment (e.g., telephones, POS systems) are clean and functional.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Collaboration
• Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping for guest information when necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Upskilling and Training
• Stay updated with menu changes, promotions, and hotel policies.
• Participate in periodic training sessions for enhanced guest service delivery.
