Guest Service & Order Delivery:
• Promptly deliver food and beverages to guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Ensure proper setup and presentation of trays and trolleys before delivery.
• Verify guest orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Offer courteous and professional service to guests while ensuring special requests are met.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor if necessary.
Order Taking & Communication:
• Answer room service phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Take accurate orders, confirm details, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries about food and beverages.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
• Collect used trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors in a timely manner.
• Ensure all service areas, trays, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations in handling food and beverages.
Cash Handling & Billing:
• Process guest checks and ensure accurate billing.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely, following hotel procedures.
• Maintain accountability for all orders processed during the shift.
Other Duties:
• Assist in setting up VIP amenities and special in-room dining experiences.
• Report any maintenance or service issues in guest rooms or public areas.
• Participate in team meetings and training as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500\.00 - AED2,200\.00 per month
