• Order Delivery
• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery, ensuring all items are presented attractively and are complete.
• Guest Interaction
• Greet guests warmly upon delivery and ensure they are satisfied with their order.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding room service items courteously and professionally.
• Room Service Setup
• Set up trays or trolleys according to established presentation standards.
• Provide explanations of menu items or beverages as required.
• Post-Service Duties
• Retrieve used trays, trolleys, and other service items from guest rooms and corridors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area, including trays, trolleys, and equipment.
• Hygiene and Safety
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Team Collaboration
• Assist colleagues in other areas of the Food & Beverage department as required.
• Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance service skills.
• Miscellaneous
• Handle special requests such as dietary preferences or additional amenities.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
