Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as per Hotel standards.
Address guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Provide information about hotel services and facilities.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Follow hotel policies and procedures, including those related to fire safety and emergency protocols.
Ensure the privacy and security of guests by respecting "Do Not Disturb" signs and managing lost and found items appropriately.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to take on various shifts.
