We are looking for a reliable and friendly room attendant to join our hospitality team in order to provide superb customer service to our guests. Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.Room Attendant Responsibilities:
\xe2\x88\x92 Greeting guests and responding to queries.
\xe2\x88\x92 Changing bed linen and making beds.
\xe2\x88\x92 Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
\xe2\x88\x92 Sweeping and mopping floors.
\xe2\x88\x92 Vacuuming carpets.
\xe2\x88\x92 Dusting and polishing furniture.
\xe2\x88\x92 Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
\xe2\x88\x92 Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar.
\xe2\x88\x92 Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
\xe2\x88\x92 Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
\xe2\x88\x92 Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
\xe2\x88\x92 Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.Room Attendant Requirements:
\xe2\x88\x92 High school diploma, preferred.
\xe2\x88\x92 Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
\xe2\x88\x92 Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
\xe2\x88\x92 Flexible working hours.
\xe2\x88\x92 Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
\xe2\x88\x92 Physical mobility and stamina.
\xe2\x88\x92 Ability to follow instructions.
\xe2\x88\x92 Professional and polite.Note: Applicant must be inside UAE.
