We take pride in what we do and ensure that it reflects on each of our team members so we may serve you better.ABOUT THE FUNCTIONThe Guest Service function is responsible to meet and greet the guest during arrival/departure, perform accurate data entry and revenue handling, fiscal functions and support overall valet parking services in accordance to the given standards in maintaining/achieving overall Guest satisfaction.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 02 years of experience.
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• High School Certificate /Diploma

• Meet grooming and hygiene standards.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere by having a pleasant personality and always greeting the guests before the guest greets you by following the standard phrases and ensure a quick and discreet departure while conveying appreciation and hope to return.
• Utilize knowledge and information given; to accurately answer any questions from guests and to make recommendations to guests\' specifications with regards to the region, best means of travel, places of public interest and activities, iconic landmarks etc.
• Responsible for fiscal functions and safe storage of all keys of the valet parked vehicles.; as allocated, charge all guests/customers accurately when working at pay parking locations, and generate daily/weekly/ monthly fiscal and data reconciliation as necessary.
• Complete any set-up procedures, opening/closing duties and the handover of the shifts appropriately by following the given standards.
• Ensure all Safety Systems set by the company and the clients are adhered to.
