Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in relevant discipline.
Typical Experience: 3 years of experience in progressively more complex roles, with at least 3 years in a comparable role within a hotel or hospitality organization.
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills (Indicate required level: basic, intermediate, advanced or expert): Advanced analytical and financial skills and previous experience in hotel operations would be advantageous. Expert in real estate finance, acquisitions and development, and an in-depth understanding of the hospitality sector are critical characteristics.
