Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 3 years' work experience in the same field. Robotic Machine Operators are critical to the fabrication of metallic parts or assemblies through welding by the means of a Robotic Machine. They are responsible for designing and programming the robot, maintaining, and troubleshooting welding robots, and implementing robotic welding for manufacturing and production. * Set-up, maintenance, and operation of robotic welding equipment based on the job in hand. * Read and interpret drawings to determine the specific welding requirements. Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards. * Assemble items as instructed by supervisor. Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. * Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. * Follow safety Rules and Quality Standards and Polices. * Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions. * Verifying dimensions and product specifications. * Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are available. * Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and screwed in. **Knowledge and Skill Requirements** Experience within metal industry. Experience with MIG highly preferred. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and other techniques to produce quality products consistently. Strong mechanical background, including performing welding and cutting activities. Ability to identify and measure material. Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form. Willingness to learn and work to the best of his abilities. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and uses. Ability to understand Drawings, Calipers, Tape Measures and Angle Gauges.
