We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roads Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Roads Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of various road infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, and urban roads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geometric design of roads, including horizontal and vertical alignments
• Design pavement structures, drainage systems, and traffic control systems
• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications
• Review and approve shop drawings and construction documents
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and codes (Dubai Municipality, RTA, AASHTO)
• Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable road design solutions
• Provide technical support to project teams and clients

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in road design and analysis
• Strong proficiency in road design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of road design standards and guidelines (AASHTO, RTA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
