We are seeking a skilled Road Civil Engineer to oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of road and highway projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget while adhering to engineering standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and manage road construction and maintenance projects.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project progress.
• Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards and safety guidelines.
• Prepare technical reports, project schedules, and cost estimates.
• Manage material testing, quality control, and risk assessments.
• Monitor and address environmental and sustainability factors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in road or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tendering and contract management processes.
