Road Civil Engineer
Job Description
• Providing design and drafting services for roads design team for the preliminary and detail design phases of a project;
• Preparing design drawings using AutoCAD or similar type software
• Interpreting survey results into technical drawings
• Promoting and improving professional standards for road engineering design
• Operate and maintain designated vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure materials and construction processes meet quality standards.
• Enforce safety measures to ensure a safe working environment on-site.
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment required for the project.
• Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Evaluate environmental impacts and ensure projects comply with environmental regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Utilize software tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS for road design and project management.
• Plan and oversee the maintenance and repair of existing roadways.
• Must knowledge of UAE law.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
