We are seeking a Road Asset Management Specialist with the following responsibilities:1. Develop strategies to optimize road asset lifespan and performance.2. Use software to monitor asset data and costs.6. Analyze performance data for improvement opportunities.7. Report on asset performance and investment priorities to senior management.8. Keep abreast of industry standards and emerging technologies in road asset management.9. Building & manage Road Asset Management team and related business development activities, including project proposals & bids.10. Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and budget.11. Develop client relationships, negotiate with contractors, and ensure project success.12. Update management on project progress and compliance with regulations.13. Support strategic planning for infrastructure development.
