Job Title: RN and License Practical Nurse or Caregiver

Location: Al Ain

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Homecare Nurses and Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, eating), and providing companionship.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and families, ensuring patients receive the appropriate support and medical attention.
• Assist with wound care, injections, and other clinical services as required, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands as needed to support patients' well-being.
• Report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Qualifications:

Homecare Nurses:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DOH license.
• Experience in home healthcare or nursing is a plus.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and manage patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Caregivers:

• Atleast 1 year experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-oriented.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and provide companionship.
• Basic first aid or caregiving training is preferred but not required.
