As our business grows, so does the complexity of our engagements, making your role as an experienced Senior Associate vital to managing risk and ensuring quality. Your work will involve partnering closely with our Deals teams, guiding them through the engagement lifecycle, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.We support Deals project teams throughout the entire engagement lifecycle from bidding through contracting and on into delivery, taking a partnership approach to work alongside and collaborate with partners and teams.What to consider before applyingThis role has the option of being based out of our Riyadh or Dubai officeRole ResponsibilitiesResponding to queries from Deals engagement teams, providing timely and solution-focused pragmatic adviceSupporting the pursuit of large scale transformation opportunities, working alongside the Deals R&Q Team, the engagement Teams and other risk management functionsParticipating in raising and discussing contracting challenges, with support from OGC and senior stakeholders in the businessParticipating in special projects to deliver the continuous change that is needed to improve the quality outcomes and profitability of DealsParticipating in developing and delivering training to staff across DealsBuilding trusted relationships across Deals and other support teams, acting as a dedicated business advisorRole RequirementsExperience in a client-facing advisory roleBackground in risk management, ideally within a Big 4 environmentStrong interest in understanding and managing risks, including reputational, financial, and service permissibility risksProactive and flexible self-starter with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of emerging technologies and how they can be leveraged under the transformation agendaStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsCreative thinker with a willingness to develop innovative approachesClear and confident communicator, with the ability to influence and adapt communication style for different audiencesBilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferredWhy Youll Love PwCAt PwC, we're inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
