Job Description
Our client, an established insurance provider in the UAE has exclusivity mandated Madison Pearl to identity an exceptional Risk Manager. The ideal candidate would have 5+years\' experience in the UAE insurance landscape within a Risk leadership position.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate risks affecting operations and financial health.
- Implement risk strategies into daily operations.
- Partnering with CEO & senior management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance to policies.
- Manage and cultivate existing relationships with stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience leading a Risk team in an insurance company.
- Risk Management Qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance.
- Fluent in English.
- Possess strong working knowledge of processes & procedures.
