This is a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of a leading digital asset platform.Summary:As a Risk Control Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing various risks associated with the operation of a cryptocurrency exchange. You will develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. This role involves monitoring market activities, preparing risk reports, and implementing risk control measures to safeguard the exchange\'s operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential risks in the operation of the cryptocurrency exchange, including market risk, credit risk, operational risk, and legal risk.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models, regularly reviewing and updating risk evaluations.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures to ensure the exchange operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Establish risk management indicators, monitor the exchange\'s risk exposure, and propose appropriate adjustments.
• Monitor trading activities and market dynamics in real-time, promptly identifying anomalies and potential risks.
• Prepare and submit regular risk reports, including risk analysis, assessment of control effectiveness, and improvement recommendations, to senior management.
• Ensure the exchange operates in compliance with domestic and international laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Coordinate communication with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely responses to regulatory requirements and audit inspections.
• Design and implement risk control measures, such as risk management algorithms, early warning systems, and risk mitigation strategies, to minimize potential risk impacts.
• Conduct risk testing on trading systems and processes to ensure their stability and security.
• Develop and rehearse contingency plans to address unexpected risk events and security breaches, ensuring the continuous operation of the exchange.
• Lead the handling and recovery of crisis events, conducting post-event analysis, summarizing lessons learned, and improving risk management measures.
• Organize and implement risk management training to enhance employees\' risk awareness and compliance capabilities.
• Lead and manage the risk control team, assigning tasks, supervising work progress, and evaluating team performance.
• Evaluate and introduce advanced risk management technologies and tools to optimize the risk control system.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the security and stability of the exchange system.
• Stay informed about developments in the cryptocurrency market and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the exchange\'s risk profile.
• Participate in industry associations and professional conferences to gain the latest insights on risk management practices and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in risk management, financial compliance, internal audit, or related roles, with a preference for experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and financial products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex risk management challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Fluency in English and willingness to work full-time in Dubai.
