Job Description
. Implemented the RAROC framework across Corporate Banking (including international locations) to drive the risk-based performance for Corporate Banking Group
. Review and validation of the RAROC calculations submitted by RMs at RAROC review desk within timely manner.
. Provided RAROC related training to all business stakeholders and as well as senior management for embedding the framework in the group.
. Monitor the adherence of the RAROC process and report breaches timely (if any) to the senior management and discuss the regularization plan with respective businesses.
Implementation of the group-wide RAROC policies, procedures and controls so that all the relevant procedural/regulatory requirements fulfilled.
