Risk Business Analyst
Job Description
• Gather and document business requirements for risk management projects, including Moody's Credit Lens optimization, calibration of rating scorecards, and ESG Scorecard implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design processes that align with risk management objectives and regulatory standards.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify enhancements in Moody's Credit Lens, T24, and other risk-related systems.
• Work closely with IT and vendors to ensure accurate deployment and integration of risk systems with core banking platforms.
• Lead testing and validation of risk system functionalities, creating test cases to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide hands-on support during system implementations, addressing issues and optimizing risk management processes.
• Analyze system performance post-implementation, identifying areas for improvement in credit rating and ESG scorecard operations.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of risk management tools and processes.
