:JOB PROFILE:Risk and Ethics Specialist.JOB DESCRIPTION:Parsons is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Risk and Ethics Specialist to join our team, to provide support both risk and ethics functions.This is a highly unique and multifaceted role where the successful candidate will be responsible for investigating ethics complaints, conducting risk assessments for tenders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires a high level of integrity, analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:2.Investigate Ethics Submissions:
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into ethics complaints.
Gather and analyze evidence, interview relevant parties, and document findings.
Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend appropriate actions.
2.Conduct Risk Assessments:
Perform risk assessments for tenders and other business activities.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive risk evaluation.
3.Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies.
Provide training and guidance to employees on ethical standards and related compliance requirements.
4.Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and risk assessments.
5.Continuous Improvement:
Support and openly share all knowledge acquired during risk assessments to improve the teams experience, identification and mitigation of material risks.
Recommend and implement improvements to the risk and ethics management processes.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
EDUCATION & SPECIFIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Additional qualifications in Business Administration, Law, Ethics, Risk Management, or a related field desirable.
Minimum 5 years experience in risk management, ethics, or a related area
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software.
Certification in risk management or ethics (e.g., CRMA, CCEP) is a plus
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
GCC experience desirable
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Good business judgment.
Solid understanding of the challenges of working in a multicultural environment
Regional travel is expected
