Job Title: Rigger Foreman - High-Rise Steel Structures

Reports to: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Rigger Foreman with at least 5 years of experience in rigging for high-rise steel structures. The successful candidate will oversee rigging operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and lead a team of riggers in executing lifting and placement tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Supervise and coordinate all rigging activities related to the erection of heavy high-rise steel structures.

2.Develop and implement rigging plans, including lift studies, methods, and safety protocols.

3.Conduct daily site inspections to ensure rigging operations are performed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

4.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate rigging schedules and tasks.

5.Maintain accurate records of rigging operations, inspections, and equipment certifications.

6.Identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks during rigging operations.

7.Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders regarding project status and safety issues.

Qualifications:

1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in rigging for heavy high-rise steel structures.

2.Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety practices.

3.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

4.Familiar with relevant safety regulations and industry standard
