Requirements
1.High school diploma or equivalent; Rigger certification (e.g., NCCCO, LEEA) is required.
2.5+ years of experience in rigging, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or advanced role.
3.Advanced knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and lifting procedures.
4.Familiarity with relevant safety standards (OSHA, ANSI, etc.) and best practices.
5.Ability to plan and supervise complex rigging operations.
6.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
