Experience 10+ YEARS

Duties & Responsibility

Duties Rig Condition Survey and preparation of equipment fact with the summary of the inspection and clear recommendation. Rig Commissioning / Commissioning survey. Rig commissioning experience and knowledge in engineering drawings. Rig comprehensive examination (before and after maintenance). Rig asset integrity audit. Rig critical spare parts verification. Rig occupational health and safety compliance audit. Rig dropped object survey. Rig special equipment & lifting audit. Rig PMS implementation audit. Performing well control Equipment inspection and function checks. Rig Electrical Equipment inspection and ATEX Compliance audit. Perform visual inspection for barge and rig equipment onshore / off- shore or at OEM premises. Jacking system audit based on international standards, OEM recommendation. Rigs HSE equipment Inspection and SCE verification. Witnessing functional checks for barge and rig equipment onshore / off- shore or at OEM premises Marine Equipment Inspection and functional verification. Performing Crew assessment and preparation of crew matrix. Conducting / performing rig endurance test and jacking trials. Preparation of consolidate deficiency list and final report.
