: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Female Riders Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the rider team, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing coordination between riders and the team. The candidate must be able to manage logistics and support the riders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage riders' daily schedules and routes.
• Ensure timely and efficient deliveries by maintaining constant communication with riders.
• Resolve any operational issues or challenges encountered by riders.
• Monitor rider performance and provide feedback as needed.
• Update management on rider attendance and operational status.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Local area knowledge and route planning experience are a plus.
• Female candidates preferred for this position.
