The Role Role Overview \xe2\x80\xa2 The role of RGM Analytics Manager ensures that we develop and implement Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies within GCCB, coordinate efforts across various functions, and ensuring they impact net revenue positively. \xe2\x80\xa2 This role also involves identifying profit pools, creating long-term OBPPC segmented plans, managing pricing and trade strategies, and optimizing promotions for clear, measurable results in volume, revenue, market share, and shopper metrics. \xe2\x80\xa2 The role requires collaborating with Commercial Analytics to discover opportunities for portfolio growth and sources of expansion in country operations. It also entails identifying the factors influencing our current market performance, in Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops RGM strategies and OBPPC plans to capture value from shopper purchases, drive consumer base, revenues, and value share. Defines Rules of Engagement for SSDs & Stills to enhance competitiveness and affordability. Stewards\xe2\x80\x99 OBPPC performance and proposes amendments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops comprehensive Price Terms and Conditions guidelines to secure portfolio competitiveness and channel balance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops DFR visibility models and guidelines to optimize Discount & Promo spending and secure value share gains. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors PTC & DFR implementation and proposes amendments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works with commercial insights to identify revenue growth opportunities and monitor effectiveness of on-going strategies relative to business results. Proposes amendments to ongoing plans/strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops RGM routines to share performance and opportunities. Supports Commercial & Marketing Teams in enhancing/defining OBPPC.
Requirements Role Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in commerce/ Finance/ Business Analytics. \xe2\x80\xa2 IT literate with effective skills in Excel and PowerPoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 5-8 years commercial experience and strong commercial acumen backed by a comfort in dealing with analysis and numbers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working in a matrixed global environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track record of substantial impact on growing market share, profit, and volume. The ability to judge what will work and what will not from a volume and profitability perspective. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills which will allow the generation of strong recommendations in RGM proposals and strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Awareness of production and supply chain to understand implications for new products, costs etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong ability to form effective working partnerships and collaboration with functions, across functions and with external organizations to deliver results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and influencing skills.
