Job Description
Position Overview:As an RF RAN Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and optimizing the Radio Access Network (RAN) for our clients. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful deployment of wireless networks and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF engineering and a proven track record of delivering successful RAN projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and optimize the RAN for wireless networks
- Conduct site surveys and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve network coverage and capacity
- Work closely with the project team to ensure the successful deployment of wireless networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during network deployment or operation
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for network optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RAN technology
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the RAN
- Maintain accurate documentation of network designs and configurations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on RAN design and optimization
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and protocols
- Experience with network planning and optimization tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.
