Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced RF Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance and support in the design, implementation, and optimization of RF systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF technology and a proven track record of delivering successful RF projects.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and analyze RF coverage to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
Design and develop RF systems based on client requirements and industry best practices
Perform RF propagation studies and simulations to optimize network performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems with other technologies
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RF systems
Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and make recommendations for improvement in our solutions
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates
Train and mentor junior team members on RF technology and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in RF design and implementation
Strong understanding of RF principles, including propagation, interference, and modulation techniques
Experience with RF simulation software such as MATLAB, HFSS, or CST
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for RF systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
