Our client is a global consulting firm and they are looking for a Rewards Consultant to join the team in Dubai.The Rewards Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the design and implementation of a broad range of Rewards related solutions and will play a key role in the identification, development and closure of sales opportunities.Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree
0-2 years of relevant experience in consulting in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Rewards Management (Compensation and Benefits)
Prior experience advising boards on executive compensation issues (including equity long-term incentive plans), or experience working on large HR Transformation projects will be an added advantage
Excellent business writing and communication skills - especially report writing
Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Arabic speaker is preferred
