Position Title: Commercial Kitchen and Restaurant Designer and AutoCAD / REVIT (BIM) Drafter - FRESHER

Responsibilities:
1. Design and Layout:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create innovative and efficient kitchen designs that meet client specifications, local codes, and industry standards.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and equipment schedules using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and REVIT (BIM - Building Information Modeling) software.

- Develop detailed MEP and HVAC elevations using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.

2. Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of kitchen designs into overall project plans.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to obtain necessary information and specifications.
- Review and respond to RFI (Request for Information) and coordinate design changes as required during construction.

3. Project Management Support:
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and timelines.
- Participate in project meetings, providing design expertise and technical support.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues to ensure successful completion.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- Fresh Graduates in design and REVIT drafting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and BIM software (e.g., Revit).
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, fixtures, and materials.
- Attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
